Easy Returns
We want you to feel confident when ordering products from Bloudan Professional Tile Installation LLC. While tile installation services themselves cannot be “returned,” eligible physical products can be returned under the conditions described below.
This Easy Returns policy explains when and how you can request a return, exchange, or refund for products purchased from us.
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to physical products you purchase from us, such as tools, accessories, or materials that are shipped to you.
It does not apply to:

On-site tile installation labor

Custom installation work

Special project agreements or contracts (which may have their own terms)
Those service-related terms are handled separately in your estimate, work order, or service agreement.
2. Return Window
We offer a straightforward return window for eligible products:

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to accept your return, except in special cases such as confirmed defects or shipping errors.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition

The item must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or parts that came with it

You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
We may refuse returns or offer only a partial refund if:

The item shows signs of use, installation, or damage not caused by shipping

Parts are missing, packaging is heavily damaged, or the product cannot be resold as new
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety, quality, and custom-order reasons, the following are non-returnable:

Products that have been cut, installed, altered, or customized

Special-order items that were specifically ordered for your project and clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of sale

Clearance, final sale, or “as-is” items (these will be clearly indicated where possible)

Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery

5. How to Start a Return

6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for:

Ensuring the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
We will cover return shipping costs only if:

You received the wrong item

The product was defective or damaged during shipping, and you notified us promptly with proof
7. Refunds: Method & Timing
Once we receive your returned item, we will:

Inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility conditions

Notify you whether your refund is approved or partially approved

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method:

PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal

Card payments via Stripe are refunded back to the same card used

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, confirmed defect, etc.).
8. Exchanges
We do not operate a fully automated “exchange” system. Instead:

If you want a different product, size, or type, we will typically:

Process a return and refund for the original item (if eligible)

Ask you to place a new order for the replacement item

This helps ensure correct pricing, availability, and documentation for both orders.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

After reviewing the information, we will:

Arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation

We may also work directly with the carrier to investigate damage during transit.
10. Returns Related to Installation Services
Tile installation services themselves are not returnable in the traditional sense, but we stand behind our workmanship.
If you believe there is a problem with completed installation work:

We may inspect the site, review materials, and determine whether the issue is related to our workmanship, product defects, or other causes
Where an issue is confirmed to be caused by our workmanship, we will work with you to:

Correct or repair the problem, or

Provide another reasonable solution as outlined in your service agreement
This policy does not cover:

Damage caused by later construction work, misuse, neglect, or structural issues

Problems caused by conditions unrelated to our installation (e.g., water intrusion, foundation movement)
11. Policy Changes
We may update this Easy Returns policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will normally apply to that order, unless otherwise required by law.
