How to Pay

We want your payment process to be as simple and secure as possible. On this page, you’ll find all the details about how you can pay for services with Bloudan Professional Tile Installation LLC using our two primary payment methods: PayPal and Stripe (credit/debit cards).

All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers using encrypted connections. We never store your full card details on our servers.


1. Paying with PayPal

PayPal is a fast and secure way to pay online without sharing your financial information directly with us.

How it works

  1. At checkout, select PayPal as your payment method.

  2. You’ll be redirected to the official PayPal website or app.

  3. Log in to your PayPal account, or choose the option to pay with a card as a PayPal guest (if available in your region).

  4. Confirm the payment.

  5. After successful payment, you’ll be redirected back to our website with your order or booking confirmation.

  • PayPal balance

  • Linked bank account (where supported)

  • Credit or debit card saved in your PayPal account

Benefits of using PayPal

  • Your financial details are not shared with us

  • Purchase tracking inside your PayPal account

  • Additional protection from PayPal according to their policies

We do not charge any extra fee for choosing PayPal. Any currency conversion fee or cross-border fee applied by PayPal is controlled by PayPal, not by us.


2. Paying with Stripe (Credit/Debit Card)

Stripe is a secure payment processor that allows you to pay directly with your credit or debit card, without creating a separate account.

We accept most major card brands, including (where supported):

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • Other regionally supported debit/credit cards via Stripe

How it works

  1. At checkout, select Card Payment (Stripe) or similar option.

  2. Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV, and billing details in the secure payment form.

  3. Stripe encrypts and processes the payment in real time.

  4. Once the payment is approved, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive an email confirmation (if provided).

Your card information is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not have access to your full card number or security code.

Possible extra verification (3D Secure)

For your protection, some banks may require extra verification (e.g. a one-time password or app confirmation) through 3D Secure or a similar system. Follow the instructions from your bank on screen to complete the payment.


3. Currencies & Charges

  • All prices and charges are generally processed in USD (unless otherwise stated on your invoice or checkout page).

  • If your bank account or card uses a different currency, your bank or issuer may apply a currency conversion fee according to their own rates and policies.

  • We do not control conversion rates or extra bank fees.


4. Payment Timing

  • Payment is typically required before work is scheduled or confirmed, unless a different agreement is made in writing.

  • For certain projects or installation jobs, a deposit or milestone payment may be required. These details will be clearly communicated in your estimate or invoice.

If payment is not received by the due date shown on your invoice or checkout page, your booking, schedule, or service start date may be delayed or canceled.


5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails to process:

  1. Double-check that all card details are correct (card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV, billing address).

  2. Make sure you have sufficient funds or credit limit available.

  3. Try a different payment method (for example, switch from card to PayPal or vice versa).

  4. Contact your bank or card issuer if the problem persists, as they may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.

6. Refunds & Adjustments

Refunds, partial refunds, or adjustments (if applicable) are handled according to our Returns / Refunds / Service Policy and the terms agreed to in your service contract or quote.

  • Eligible refunds for card payments are processed back through Stripe to the original card used.

  • Eligible refunds for PayPal payments are processed back to your PayPal account.

Depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after we issue it.

7. Security & Privacy

We take payment security seriously:

  • All payment pages are protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

  • We use PayPal and Stripe, both well-known and widely trusted payment providers.

  • We do not store your full credit card number or security code.

  • Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how it is used.

Never send your full card details to us via email, chat, or any unsecured channel.
